Order Cancellation

Customers are entitled to cancel their Order within 5 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancellation of an Order is 5 days from the date on which Good have been received or on which a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, has taken delivery of the product. We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as customers have used for the Order.

Orders Return - In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure of the following:

• The products were received in the last 5 days
• The products are in the original packaging
• Products haven’t used or damaged
• Products must have receipt or proof of purchase

The following products cannot be returned:

• Products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned or deteriorate rapidly
• Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or personal hygiene reasons and were unsealed or unpacked after delivery. Products falling under this category are Bamboo Toothbrushes, Neem Wood Combs, Bamboo Cotton buds and Bamboo Razors.

Bamboo Haat reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Only regular priced products may be refunded. Unfortunately, products on sale cannot be refunded.

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. Bamboo Haat will not be responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the products or proof of received return delivery.

Dispatch Policy

1. Dispatch processing time - All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

2. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking - You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

3. Duties and Taxes - Bamboo Haat is not responsible for any duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Damages - Bamboo Haat is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
